We want you to love your Aion! That’s why every purchase comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Try it in your daily routine, and if it’s not right for you, you can return it for a refund. No stress. No pressure. We've taken the risk out of upgrading your routine.

 

How it works:

1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Aion directly from www.AionHaus.com.

2. Try out our machine for no more than 14 Days from date of order received.

3. If at anytime within 14 days you are not completely satisfied with your Aion, email a customer care representative at support@aionhaus.com sharing your review and money-back request with the subject header "14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee".

4. All applications of "14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" are required to include the following in the email:

• Name, order number and date of item received.
• Reason for return.

5. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging (otherwise claims will be deemed invalid) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

6. Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

 

A few things to note:

• Return shipping costs for the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
• Free gifts (if any) must also be returned.
• Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• We reserved the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
