Orders & Confirmation
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless we notify you otherwise. Please allow for standard processing and handling times, which may occasionally vary by a few days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Until then, rest assured your order is safely in our preparation queue, going through final checks.
I didn't receive an order confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
In some cases, a missing confirmation can be caused by a small typo in the email address entered at checkout. Even if you haven't received the confirmation, your order may still have gone through successfully.
To avoid duplicate orders or double billing, we recommend contacting us by email before placing another order.
I entered the wrong email address, what should I do?
Reach out to our support at support@aionhaus.com so we can update your contact details and resend your order confirmation.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact our support team at support@aionhaus.com and we'll update it for you.

Where does Aion ship to?
Aion provides shipping worldwide!
What are your processing/shipment timelines?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes approximately 1-14 business days for delivery depending on location. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.

How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment. If it hasn't been shipped yet, you are always welcome to reach out at support@aionhaus.com and we can look into it for you.
I haven't received any updates. Is my order lost?
Your order is moving through our system. You'll get an email update at each key stage. If you're worried, feel free to reach out and we'll personally check for you.
My tracking link says my shipment was delivered but I can't locate it. What do I do?
This can happen sometimes! Don't worry, we're here to help.
- Do a quick search around your property. Sometimes the carrier will attempt to hide the package to avoid theft. Generally the machines are delivered in/at the mailbox or at the front porch.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they received your package.
- Check in with any front offices or mail rooms associated with your residence. Sometimes the package can be delivered in the wrong parcel locker but should be easily remedied by contacting the carrier or working with the mail room attendant.
- Wait 2 days. At times, carriers may mark packages delivered before they're actually dropped off.
- Contact the carrier (generally Flash Express, Ninjavan or Aramex) and give them your tracking number. They can help you track it down.
Cancels & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team works to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, so if you notice that your order needs to be changed, please contact our team at support@aionhaus.com right away!
We usually allow a 24-hour period between the time of order placement to when the order is sent to our fulfilment centre. After that, the order will be processed for shipment and will be unable to be changed.
How do returns work?
If you would like to return one or multiple Aion, please contact us at support@aionhaus.com. We will provide you with an address for your return.
You will be responsible for covering return shipping to us. Once the return is received, we will proceed with the refund process.
How does your 14-day satisfaction guarantee work?
We offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee which means you can return the machine new or used for a refund within that window.
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs. Return shipping and any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price minus the restocking fee.
Our aim is to keep the process clear and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect. Please contact support at support@aionhaus.com to initiate a return.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or a short video of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. No restocking fee applies in these cases.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Product Details
How long does it take to dry and iron one shirt?
On average, Aion takes around 8-12 minutes, depending on the fabric's thickness and how damp it is, thicker materials take a little longer, while lighter fabrics finish faster.
Can I leave it unattended while in use?
For safety reasons, we recommend keeping your Aion in view while it's operating. The machine is equipped with safety features that automatically stop the cycle when complete, but as with any electrical appliance, it should not be left running unattended.
Does my garment have to be wet to use the machine?
For the best results, place your garment straight from the washing machine onto your Aion, or ensure it's slightly damp before use. You don't need to wait for your clothes to dry before they're dried and ironed automatically.
Can I use Aion on delicate fabrics like silk or linen?
Yes, however we recommend selecting a lower temperature mode.

Where can I find the instruction manual?
It's included in your package and can also be provided digitally upon request.
How do I register my warranty?
There's no need to register anything, your Warranty is automatically activated from the date of purchase. If you ever experience an issue with your Aion, simply contact our support team with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
