1. Shipping
1.1 Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
• Shipping Fees: Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout and are also listed in the Delivery Times section below.
1.2 Shipping Locations
• Aion Haus ships from multiple warehouses located in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and East Asia.
• Orders are dispatched from the warehouse that can fulfil your order most efficiently based on your location and stock availability.
• During high demand periods, dispatch timelines may extend. Current dispatch expectations are stated at the top of our Order Processing section.
1.3 Shipping Carriers
• We work with reputable couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. These may include CityLink, Aramex, J&T Express, NinjaVan and local partners depending on your region.
• The courier handling your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
1.4 Customs and Import Taxes
• Aion Haus ships orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to most regions. This means all applicable taxes, duties and import fees are covered at checkout.
• Customers should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
• If a courier attempts to charge you unexpectedly, please contact us so we can resolve this with the carrier.
• Aion Haus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
1.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
• If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
2. Order Processing and Tracking
2.1 Processing Orders
• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within a 1-3 business days. High demand periods may extend this.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
2.2 Tracking Your Order
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped.
• Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
• If you have not received your parcel within the expected timeframe, contact us using the details below or reach out to the courier directly.
2.3 Pre-Order Items
• Pre-order items will ship within the date range stated on the product page.
• Pre-ordering secures your item and ensures priority fulfilment once stock arrives.
3. Delivery Times After Dispatch
Once your parcel has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows. These timeframes begin from the moment the courier receives your order.
West Malaysia 🇲🇾: 1-3 Business Days
East Malaysia 🇲🇾: 4-7 Business Days
Singapore 🇸🇬: 3-6 Business Days
Brunei 🇧🇳: 4-7 Business Days
Thailand 🇹🇭 & Indonesia 🇮🇩: 5-12 Business Days
Rest Of World 🌎: 7-14 Business Days (depending on location)
All timeframes provided are guidelines and may vary due to courier workload, local handling or customs delays.
